Interior Designer – QuickTurn Concepts – Salt Lake City, UT

September 2020 - January 2021

Collaborated with a small team of account and installation managers to design and space plan small office, retail, and other commercial spaces to the needs of the client. Focused primarily on furniture layouts, specifications, and orders with an occasional project requiring permit drawings.

 

VP of Design – OFS Interiors – Holladay, UT

December 2017 - April 2020

Provided full-service interior design for tenant improvements and other commercial interior projects primarily in the business sector. Individual services offered included space planning, interior finish specification, architectural detailing, construction documentation, 3D visualizations, FF&E specification/procurement, & project management. Projects ranged from FF&E packages only to full interior remodels requiring construction documents for permitting & bidding.

Interior Designer – Babcock Design – Salt Lake City, UT

June 2017 - November 2017

​

Collaborated in a team environment with project managers, architects, interior designers, and draftsmen to create construction documents, color boards, and digital presentations for interior projects that ranged from 100,000+ SF office tenant improvements to building common areas and smaller retail spaces. Duties also included sample library organization and coordinating manufacture representative presentations.

Interior Designer – Woodbury Corporation – Salt Lake City, UT

May 2015 - May 2017

Designed & managed interior projects through all phases of the design process from initial test fits and space plans to final punch lists on a variety of commercial projects ranging from 1,000 SF to 40,000 SF. Project Management included but was not limited to writing RFP's, coordinating with MEP consultants, responding to city comments regarding building and heath codes, submittal reviews, issuing ASI's/PR's/CCD's/etc., developing FF&E budgets, and coordinating the selection of the furnishings therein in tandem with a commercial furniture dealer.

Design Intern – Midwest Commercial Interiors – Salt Lake City, UT

December 2014 - May 2015

 

Assisted the design department with projects by doing the following as needed: creating space plans using AutoCAD and/or CET, selecting finishes, specifying furnishings, making color boards, and attending client meetings. Duties also included keeping up with industry reps and maintaining the sample library.

3D Modeler – XR3D Studios – Salt Lake City, UT

July 2014 - December 2014

 

Duties included reading and interpreting architectural plans provided by our clients in order to build 3D models, using Rhinoceros Software, which were then passed along to the rendering artists to create photorealistic renderings and 3D animations.

September 2013 - July 2014

Assisted the owner/interior designer, Danielle Robinson, with current home renovation projects and design center meetings as needed. Duties also included showroom upkeep and design center organization.
