The approx. 100,000 SF big-box retail building was able to provide ample space for all corporate employees including space for a staging/parts department, retail area for scratch and dent products, and a photo studio for product marketing. The facility also includes plenty of amenities for the employees including a large break/game room, ample conference and meeting rooms, and two large training rooms that can be combined by opening the operable walls for all-hands meetings.

Zach's role in this project included material finish selections and their placement as well as coordination with the TI Architect and GC. He was also responsible for as all stages of the design process pertaining to the FF&E package. These stages included client meetings to gather programing information, schematic layouts, review of material selections, generation of 3D renderings, and presenting to the client on a regular bases throughout the design process.  Construction documentation consisted of Zach creating installation documents for all system-based furniture and all other office and common space furniture.
